deep dub techno music - mastered by salz music. with >the tube< the seventh release of the label tiefenrausch awakes – this time out of the hands of biodub. as a reminiscence to the early times of dub, the record comes as 7inch vinyl. in a classical but innovative manner biodub creates a tune between relaxed as well as driving beats and an irresistible deepness. the record presents one track in two different versions. while “the tube” solely bets on the instrumental deepness, “until forever” comes with the voice of ray darwin and disperses a pinch of reggae into the track. the vinyl is decorated with the artwork of alexander ketzer. he created the perfect cover referring to jules verne. 20.000 leagues under the sea – exactly the right slogan for tiefenrausch 007.
adult only shape is back with an intriguing collaboration, between the mysterious frenchie monsieur georget and young parisian talent le loup. a combination of the old skool with the new skool, the sounds are just that. each take a pounding bass and a solid minimal-tech stance and layer their character on top. a1 is scattered with futuristic bleeps and computerised murmurs, interspersed with reminiscing vocals, while a2 is the most raw in nature, with a tough techno feel until the smooth overtones set in and a feeling of euphoria takes over. but some may say b1 is say arguably the standout track, for its intoxicating vocal and irresistible underlying swing and groove.

currently causing quite a stir on the underground, the jerome hill remix of marshall jeffersons s trax classic lost in the groove is a complete re-interpretation, solid jacking (hard) house music using the original vocal that s cut loud onto the vinyl and worms inside your head and has been doing serious damage in the clubs and festivals last year. now with all licensing and red tape cleared away, it s set for release. dancer boom boom is actually a collaboration between acid legend adonis and sidney winters, with a mix down by house legend frankie knuckles. this sat on the b side of am a dog on trax records and is rare & obscure to say the least, but once the needle touches the groove you know it s a killer. massive kick drums and mysterious organ scales, this one is a mad mad tune ! produced in 1987 (and sounding like nothing else from that year) it s been given a very slight and very respectful re-arrangement by jerome hill, remastered and cut super loud. strictly limited and if the previous titles on the label are anything to go by, this one will sell out equally quick.
